• Tier 2) You will receive special contracted prices with savings of 10% to 60% on lenses, frames, contacts, non-prescription sunglasses, vision correction surgeries and more at participating providers.

• Save 10% to 60% on most major brands of soft lenses** including disposables, torics, and bifocals delivered right to your door. Gas permeable materials are also available.
• Opthalmology & Lasik Save 20% on medical eye exams and surgical procedures including LASIK at participating ophthalmology locations.

• Mail Order Contacts: Call the toll free number provided in your membership materials to place an order for replacement contact lenses, sunglasses, and safety glasses at wholesale prices plus S&H. Federal Law requires you or the doctor to mail or fax a copy of your prescription to the company before you can place an order. Once a valid doctor's prescription is received, you and your family may place orders as often as you wish prior to the expiration date of the prescription.

How to Access this Benefit

1. Call the toll free number in your membership materials to locate a vision provider location.
2. Visit your selected participating location, present your membership card and no charge with vision-exam coupon if applicable upon arrival at your eye care provider.
3. Pay your provider directly at the time of service at your discounted member rate.

*Prescription must be filled by the provider performing the exam if the provider dispenses glasses and if glasses are required.

**Contact lenses are available by mail order only.
