Tier 1 & Tier 2:

Thousands of select generic and brand name drug labels are available to you for a maximum $10 on tier 1 and $20 on tier 2.*

Tier 3:

Virtually all other drugs are available at negotiated rates.

Optional Mail Order:

Additional savings on prescription medicine delivered to your door.** Please contact your Customer Care Consultant to request a mail order form.

Free Drug Programs:

Assistance in applying for dramatically under used drug programs when qualified.

How to Access The Walk-In Portion of the Program

  1. Call the toll free number on the back of your membership card or visit the web address provided in your membership materials to locate a participating pharmacy or obtain drug tier information. Use your RX Member Guide Book as a tool for your physician to prescribe Tier 1 or Tier 2 drug alternatives where applicable.
  2. Visit a participating pharmacy.
  3. Present your membership card each time you visit your participating pharmacy.
  4. Pay the pharmacy directly at your member plan rates and enjoy the savings!

*Drugs are subject to be added or deleted without notice. A nominal handling fee may apply.

NOTE: Prices on Tiers 1,2 & 3 are based on a 1 pill per day dosage.
