Nobody takes customer care more seriously than we do at UHP. Aside from intense training, every customer care representative places themselves
in the position of a member in need of care and responds accordingly. Technical processes and plan specifics can be learned, but it is very difficult
to alter the genuine care one person has for another. Caring to this degree is not something that can be taught. It is inbred in the individual.
UHP management intuitively seeks out these individuals during the hiring process. The character and moral fiber of our customer care representative
is of utmost importance. We make no embellished claims of perfection, nor can we definitively control the attitudes of participating providers.
But we carefully assist members in accessing much needed savings embedded in the various programs for which we provide customer care. Satisfied
customers make us smile, which may explain the bunch of happy faces one might typically find in the UHP customer care department!

Superior Products
Discount health products are readily available in today's marketplace. However, where is the guaranteed value for the consumer?
Does a member really know what they're saving, if anything? How does a member know what a provider's usual and customary charge is? Provider fee schedules
are not posted at reception like a menu at a restaurant, so a member may experience difficulty in determining their savings. UHP is committed to substantial
member savings.
Our "Highest Value Reduced Fee for Service Plans" show members how much they can expect to pay for various procedures so they can calculate their savings,
which are on average the best in the industry for a multi-state non-insurance plan. These programs are geared to easily save back program costs just by
visiting for one check up. Although we rarely control the retail price of a client's product, we can assure true value and higher value than a typical
"discount plan" available in today's marketplace. Our clients offer benefit programs accessed through UHP with pride and typically receive premier rates
commensurate with program value.
